Hello everyone

I have been Administration Process Since 19 Dec 2011, I got no update in my case :( and really sad and worried My passport gonna be expiring in Dec 12 2012 when I should let embassy know please tell me How Long its gonna take more that Administration Process... ? please Allah help all of them who are in Administration Process Thanks everyone please pray hard :(

Unfortunately AP has no time frame for completion.. you could be one of those lucky couples getting your visa very soon and you could be like us waiting over 9 months and others for much longer... You can call or try emailing the embassy and ask if they can give you any updates. You can call DOS and ask if they have any info... But as far as your passport if it's expiring in Dec 2012 at the end of this year they will contact you to request updated passport when they are ready to issue the visa if it doesn't have 6 months left on it to travel.

Nobody can tell you how long it takes.. i wish we could.. then we would all feel less frustrated and stressed... Wishing you luck...

Got ds 3032 :23 March 2010

Interview : 09-09-2010 Result :Administrative Processing

In december 2010 priority dates retrogessed and wait priority date current again in

MARCH 2012 2nd

Medical submit :07 March 2012 Result :Administrative Processing

3rd Medical submit :28th Feb 2013 Result Administrative Processing

4th Medical submit :26th Feb 2014 Result :Got email reply from embassy that they will call me for finger prints and oath ..and still waiting Got call for finger prints and oath

on 12th MAY Went for finger prints and oath :21th May Result :ApprovedVisa Issued :22.05.2014

Hey dear don't u worry at all my cousin got AP and he waited 1 and half year but after that he was called by embassy and said to submitted his PCC again that's it .. He is in USA now.

Another guy I know got AP and was given visa in 8 months

Another friend got AP and was given visa in 2 months ..

So thing is that don't u worry ...There is no time frame set for AP... Your letter could be in post ... Now

Inshallah u will hear soon from them

Keep patience ...

I am in the same boat as you are, January 14, 2012. I got an amail from consulate once, saying that your case requires additional processing, we will contact you when we have finished your case. Therefore, You have to hang in there and hoping you will here something soon.

Can anyone please explain what is priority date?

Also, can anyone be in AP prior to their Interview with the CO for IR/CR1? My case (I-130)got approved and sent back to USCIS on 2nd Feb 2012 and yet no news or update!!

Priority date is for those beneficiaries waiting for a visa to become available (a limited number each year are approved)for a petitioner that is not a USC

If you marry a US citizen then no priority date is given as those visas are immediately available upon approval

If you received approval for your i130 and it was returned to USCIS then there must have been something that USCIS missed and they are looking into it again.

Call USCIS get a tier 2 operator and ask/inquire about the reason for the return

Thanks everyone Thank you May2011PD from india to support us and I call today embassy and they said still pending every time i call to embassy there is rude guy couldnt even answer of salam just said what i can help thats all its ok Allah will help us all of them i pray for everyone who`re in this Horrible process and please pray for me hard Thanks everyone I will update anything come up with my case Inshallah Soon ,,,,

you can apply for new passport now or wait untill embassy call you like (your visa is ready please submit a new passport)...
