K-3 approved way early

Hi all,

I have no idea why my case was approved so quickly. I noticed that October's time line K-3 visa's approval times have dropped sharply. Could this be the reason why my case was approved so quickly?

I did not get a RFE for my K-3. Is that normal?

I am more confused about this process than ever. However, I am tickled silly after getting the approval notice. So, perhaps I should let sleeping dogs lie.. haha...

Thanks for any insites others here have to offer.

Congratulations!! And based on the posts I've been seeing 70 days isn't out of line - a lot of people have been getting them approved in about 60 days. Good luck with the rest of the process!!

Also, it looks like you applied with the new form if you applied after June - and there is no RFE necessarily required if you use the new form.

CONGRATULATIONS. I never did get a RFE either which I think is a good thing since it seems for those who gets them do not get approved as quickly. Both of mine have gotten approved fairly quickly I think.

Anyways, Good luck with the rest of the process.:dance::dance:

I want to thank all of you for your comments.. sometimes when dealing with the Federal Government, a little support helps with the wait-time.

Now the nitty-gritty work getting all the interview documents collected and wait for the NVC response letter.

Thanks again and good luck with all your cases as well.
