G325a city and country of residence

Hi where it asks my city and country of residence on the g325a form should i put for city New Jersey and for country united states? or should i put the actual small town i live in called woodbridge instead of new jersey???

It may seem strange,but I would use the actual city name and the country. It has always bothered me to put Englewood, USA, but this is a form that needs to be filled out correctly so do as they ask. Do not assume anything or add unwanted information. I sometimes think the US government does this just to see if we actually can read and follow directions. Actually it is trying to have a single form fit several different situations. So I would put WOODBRIDGE, USA. There are enough places where the city, state and country will be entered that they will know where you live.

You can also put WOODBRIDGE NJ in one space and, USA in the other. That is what I did. I put the town and state in one space then country in the other.

Put in Woodbridge. I lived in Kinnelon.

I just found out woodbridge is a town, someone told me woodbridge township is a town. Should i still put it where it says city? I mean don't have anything else to put there

Yes. Just like if you lived in a suburb you'd write the suburb rather than the name of the place the suburb is in. For instance Chicago has LOTS of suburbs so you would put the suburb name (for instance Naperville, IL), not "Chicago".
