If you have the approved I-130 letter/notice from the USCIS, then use that and email it to NVC and ask for the case number/status of your case.

Call them directly, talk to a live person (press 5). They'll tell you to email that approved Notice of Action you received in your mail box (the petitioner's mail box).

Just hard an answer from NVC by email. I sent a update status request with my noa2 approval attached.

Here is their answer:

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The NVC recently received this petition. The appropriate agent (applicant, petitioner, or attorney) will receive instructions for the further processing of this petition within 6 to 8 weeks.

Why is it take so long for my case?

Just got my NVC and my IIN by email (received the letter from NVC by email).

Next Step is to send the choice of agent form. Does I need to wait something before send it by mail? Can I send an email instead?

Thanks
