We were approved at the interview in Bogota this morning and all went well. They did not ask for my DAS report and we spent more time waiting to be called to the second window than the time spent at both windows. So happy now we are just waiting for the Visa to arrive!!!!:)

07/15/2013...... EAD card arrived in mail today smile.png

10/20/2013...... Green Card approved! NOA hardcopy received!

10/31/2013...... Green Card Delivered!!

07/24/15 I-751 Mailed to Cali. Service Center
09/03/15 Biometeric scheduled and completed

Hi RJQuilla, congratulations on getting the visa approved!!! My Fiance is also from Barranquilla and we just received approval for NOA2. One question I was hoping to ask you, how did you handle the vaccination requirements? My Fiance has no vaccination records so she will need everything, but just wanted to see if you were able to get them in Barranquilla or you decided to get them in Bogota. Also, which doctor did you use? Would you recommend?

August 25th, 2011 - Met in person

September 20, 2011 - I-129F sent

September 26, 2011 - NOA1

February 13, 2012 - NOA2

June 18, 2012 - Interview - Approved!

Congratulations! There are some wonderful women in Barranquilla, my wife is from there as well, a lot of men have been blessed to find their wives in BAQ! :thumbs:

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
