Help with reporting fraud

Hello everyone!

I hope your holidays were great

I have been away for awhile due to:

dealing with my emotions regarding this whole mess

putting on the "I have it all together" facade for friends family & work

researching and investigating the past 7 years with him, and options now

initiating ways to protect myself here in my hometown and protect my new job

I want to thank EVERYONE for their guidance, support and words of encouragement and empathy

I am looking for some help once again....

Can anyone help me with an email address for the proper authorities to report Immigration & marriage fraud?

or better yet a fax number so I can send actual documents.

I need for Canada, Egypt and Tunisa

I am open to answering ANY questions... although I have gone through life changing pain with this,I continue to

stay the decent compassionate person not give into revenge.. I wish no ill harm to anyone!. I am merely at the point

where I MUST protect myself and especially my new job (within the government) I can not have my name associated with

the illegal activities of him and his current woman. I have worked tremendously hard to get this job and do not want to

loose it because of what they are doing. Up until now I have been somewhat passive and hoped they would only do the right things...

Now I must put myself and my job first.

Please help me with any "non general" information. I truly need actions at this point

VJ focuses on US Immigration, for the other countries you should contact their Consulates nearest you for assistance.

There is a fraud investigation unit at each US Embassy / IV unit.

You may not be successful in finding out the name of the official assigned to that desk, but

it's the same 'desk name' world wide:

Fraud Investigation Unit.

In Essence, get the address/phone number/fax number of each IV Unit that you need on those 3 countries.

For USA Specific Stuff - is best to use a shotgun approach, getting stuff into:

1. local USCIS office, ICE Unit.

2. national USCIS office.

3. National ICE office (note the contact # in the fine print at the bottom of this page - those humans are mostly useless until you start asking pointed questions about 'how to report visa fraud directly with ICE' but even then they are mostly clueless)

4. NVC - but note NVC will take an intake if the casefile is still at NVC - the most they can do after the fact is forward info on to the IV unit where the IV interview occured, but note the first person you talk to will be clueless on process and intake)

Interpol also has a Immigration Fraud unit - useful to get yer casefile stuff into them as well - eventually a record will be made, and the record is check by other name checks done on other visa processing outside the USA.

For what is is worth I just want to put it out there that

I do NOT hate my husband...(yes husband..he will not sign divorce papers)

I have love in my heart for him, our marriage and all that he was to me for the

five years BEFORE he found US appeal could take 26 months and his time in Canada was over.

He never cheated (as far as I know) never treated me ill and always gave me respect.... UNTIL...

"His desperation to not be returned to as supposed horrid conditions of a home country"

My despair of course was and is being without him and being replaced AND

THE ACTIONS OF HIM AND THE NEW WOMAN!! THEY COULD HAVE AND SHOULD HAVE HANDLED THINGS DIFFERENTLY

I was always a good person and did not deserve the actions they have chosen!

I do not deserve the humiliation, hurt, and devastation they have caused me.

No matter what there is ALWAYS ALWAYS a right and wrong way to do things!

I spent many many hours, months of paperwork and time correcting the wrong choices my husband

made in the past and just when it was about to count it was dismissed and abandoned!

I believe They, as everyone, will someday answer to higher for their choices and actions..

For now, I merely want the right thing done on my side and to protect myself and my job!

I am sure some will think me naive or something but I assure you I am an educated and well lived

individual who did not jump into this and did not or does not have blinders on... I simply went with my

heart and found love.. Now my head says to protect my heart and being so that I may once again love.

unappreciated. I will no longer take a blind eye and just let what is meant to be for them...

Today I take a stand for my well being, my heart and my future!

I do not think you're naive. I believe you simply want to move on, but at the same time, you want to do the right thing. Sometimes the right thing may come across as revenge. It's all in perception. That said, the right thing includes making sure he signs the divorce papers. The last thing you need is to file taxes with a "criminal" such as.... and so on, and so forth. That should worry you more than reporting fraud.

Call the Cairo Embassy IV unit. They are really cracking down on this.

Please keep us abreast on your situation.

you dont have to be married in Canada, just show you have lived together for at least 1 year..(Civil Union)

Hats off to you! You will one day find the good that can come out of what you have been through!
