Go ahead and use your current name, your married name. A lot of people change their names when they get married; USCIS knows this and it won't mess up things.

As long as it's just a middle or surname change, and you completed your licence correctly for your state in order to change your name, you can just put the married name on the forms.

You can do either, if you apply in maiden name you can change it at your AOS interview. Either way it is a pain changing everything, we just made her last to the middle and added mine as last, FYI I got the impression USCIS does not like hyphenated names.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

IF they have an interview. Not all K1's do.

The OP is the USC, so USCIS shouldn't care what her name is anyway.

Use your current legal name. If you took your husband's name when you married, then use it from now on.

That's great!! It's always good to try but not get your hopes up that way it's a lovely surprise and not a disappointment.
