Hello everyone my fiance was in London today for interview.... It wasn't good,I'm dying inside. They said I didn't make enough money, which I already knew that is why I had a co-sponsor. They also said not enough proof on relationship.. Don't what they meant with that. There's pictures of us, emails, flight tickets, passport stamped. I don't know!!! Has anyone got a clue of what to do, what other options do we have? Thanks

Would probably help you better if you posted not in the employment visa section.

What did they hand you? a denial letter? what does the letter exactly say? Did they request more evidence? Not enough information from the interview and what exactly happened to help.

Sorry my head is not in the right place... Don't know exact details as my fiancee spoke to me briefly. He was not good as well

You need to find out the correct details of what happened to be able to fix the situation in a timely manor. Generally if they had a request for more evidence you have to collect and send it all in with-in a certain time frame.

Did you had call logs, phone bills, chat logs and things like that. As this is way more important then emails and flight tickets. What they are looking is ongoing relationship. Flight tickets and passport stampes only proof that you fly, but doesn't show the day-to-day communication between each other. You have to do better on the evidence that you just listed. England is not high fraud country, and not that hard on the K-1 interviews, but obviously you didn't had enough evidence to show your relationship. Hopefully they will allow you to submit additional evidence, and will not send it back to USCIS with intent to deny.

Posting this again as I had posted on wrong forum. My fiancee had interview in London today and was denied. Don't know much details, but he said they said I didn't make enough money. I knew that and for that reason I had a co-sponsor. Also they said not enough proof of our relationship. They had pictures, emails, copies of flight tickets, passport stamped. Don't know what else they would want. Anyone knows what other options do we have? Thank you

How long has your relationship been going on? How intense has it been? When they interviewed him was he able to answer questions like what color are your eyes? What is your favorite color? When is your birthdate? They will ask him things about you and he better not have said he does not know, that's a red flag. My fiance was approved in London and she said they asked plenty of personal questions to show that the relationship was real and not just a person you sit in the same office with.

Was he given a 221g form? Did they keep his passport?

If yes, then you have a shot to supply the additional information to them.

The UK is not a hard Embassy so there must have been some real concerns regarding your relationship evidence for them to question it....

We pulled a 221g form at Moscow and asked to supply more evidence, which I did (I had only sent specific snippets of emails, Skype logs, photos, etc.

What I ended up doing was compiling about 75% of all and included a letter which described our relationship and its formation and its history of development and used that letter as a roadmap on how to "interpret" our evidence. I emailed scanned in and emailed about 30% of it to the Embassy and then printed all and FedExed a 10 pound box of the same to them. They approved the visa based on the emails....I think my letter did the trick.

As far as money, if you included a legit cosponsor and included all the necessary documents for them, there should be no issue there.

We here don't have all the information from you to be able to help except by conjecture.

Baron555, I applied for a Russian Visa and there were plenty if detailed questions. Many were to see if I was going to recruit Russian brides! I can understand Russia's attitude on the Visa application if they think their women are all going to America as mail order brides.
