I talked to my previous employer from Dubai. His wife is my bestfriend and they are now back to their country of origin which is Iran. She is concerned about their security in Iran and would like to know if there is a way they can migrate here in the US. Please share... Thank you

Need more information...

- What skills do they have? Ie anything rare, probably needing a Masters degree or higher, to get an employment visa?

- How much money do they have? If they can invest $500'00+ into a US business, they could try for an investor's visa.

- Any close relatives in the USA?

- Could try for Diversity Visa lottery.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

I second the EB-5 path.

There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans.
