Petitioned Greencard holder father missed the other sons name in the lists where you suppose to write all your children's name in his applications. Is it ok to petition 25 years old daughter from different mother? please advice.

This and the other post sounds about right, beause it seems he forgot he was married and married his mistress aswell. This cases is a case with a dark cloud over head waiting to burst.
