They will want all the document's that you sent to the nvc . Nvc should have sent all this with your packet but my husband took everything just in case.. (well we thought he had everything) they also wanted our marriage paper translated in english from my husband's township.

He also took our conversation's from facebook, and msn, I didn't know how to do skype log's and thought the pages and pages of other converstation's would be enough I even included our conversation's of when we was in argument's thinking that would show this is a real relationship cuz every couple has time's of disagreement.

I made a scrapbook of my trip's to Tunisia and my husband shared that with them. My children and family all sent card's with letter's written to Atef to show that the family is involved it's not just my husband and I in this relationship. My children had also sent my husband lot's of drawing's.

Our case was put in administrative review even we had lot's of evidence showing our relationship, so I can't say enough take more than you think is enough.. take everything you have even if it mean's bringing a suitcase with you to the interview. This is your time to prove your relationship so make sure to take more than enough proof!! May God be with you! I wish the best for you and your family!

Make a list of all documents related to your relationship that will satisfy the consul during the interview that your marriage is legit and not just for immigration purpose.

Documents that shows your constant communication is very important, provide as much as you can, it won't hurt anyway.

During the interview, the consul might ask you one type of question formed in different manner not just once, twice or thrice, you must be very consistent, in some cases, one or 2 consuls will do the interview.

Good luck and wish you all the best!!

We are getting married in Italy in January and so we will have to fill out for the spouse visa which is the K-3 or the IR-1 or is this the same thing? I was told that we had to fill out the I-130F first then wait for the NOA1 and then fill out 1-129, then go from there.... We have picture,(hopefully enough, because I was there in Italy back in Sept. 12 this year for 3 weeks) we have plane ticket, train ticket, cause we caught the train alot!!:) we are trying to pull up record of our chatting online, but we do alot of skype and oovoo and messenger, can I pull up a record of us being on webcam as well as our chatting? How do we pull that from skype and messenger? Any help is appreciated because I am not that good with these computers....:)

FYI: K3, CR-1, and IR-1 are not the same thing. K3 is a non-immigrant spouse visa, CR-1 is an immigrant spouse visa issued when the couple has been married for less than two years, IR-1 is an immigrant spouse visa issued when the couple has been married for two or more years.

The form the US Citizen completes is the I-130 (there is no such form as an I-130F). After the I-130 and accompanying paperwork is submitted, you wait for an adjudication decision from USCIS. Submitting the I-129F after the I-130 has been accepted is optional (it starts the K3 path); however, the two petitions are tied together by USCIS and adjudicated at the same time. The two approved petitions are then sent to the NVC, and if the NVC receives them at the same time or receives the I-130 first, the I-129F is administratively closed leaving only the I-130 active.
