Add me to the group of July filers without NOA-2 yet. VERY frestrating because we were right on the cusp of being approved then CSC seemed to grind to a halt. Already changed our plans of being together Christmas and New Years...

Just sitting powerless until we receive the text or email.

Good luck to you all!

According to Igor's list VSC, there are ppl from June who haven't been accepted yet either. With the way things are going, I don't see my fiance getting approved this month. If not, I'll be calling my congressman on Jan. 3 and see if they can speed up the process some. I was expecting her to be here by March at latest, but looks like it will probably be mid-late April.

I looked up North Carolina congressman via Google (since I live in NC) and found one that is local to my city. For me, I will have to fill out & mail them an "Authorization to Release Information" form before I can even call or email them my situation. Sad part for me is, since it is near Christmas, she has been swamped at work (she does nails and facials) + spending time with her family, I barely get to chat with my fiance around this time of year. I will call her tmr morning to see how she is doing, but during the interview, they will probably question the lack of communication. Up until about a month ago, we were talking every week, but this isn't the first time it's happened. I am doing my part by sending text messages, sending $$ to her, and also sending a Christmas card. Funny thing is, I see her sister online all the time!!

Someone here made a thread about expedite case for active military duty. If your fiance fall into category, you can ask for expedite. He said that it was not take so long for him to ask an expedite and had been approved. I think about less a week after call military hotline. He also said, the people on phone will ask you the reason why you need an expedite but do not elaborate more and just asked your fiance's military ID. It's no harm to try. Good luck. Ask your fiance TRY to call back again.

We went through the long wait too, its not easy, we called our congressman, etc. They told us its not officially late till 30 days past the due date, which means 6 months, our NOA-2 came a few days shy of the 6 month mark. So try to hold on till the 6 month mark, i hope you all get your NOA-2 by then, if not, then start calling congressmen, and USCIS. Good luck to everyone!!!
