I DON'T THINK HAVING A LAWYER WILL DO ANY GOOD. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN DOING OUR APPLICATION WITHOUT A LAWYER BCS ONE I CAN'T AFFORD ONE AND SECONDLY , WHAT CAN A LAWYER DO THAT YOU CAN'T DO ?

OUR INTERVIEW IS COMING UP ON DECEMBER THE 13TH I WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW THAT GOES . INSHALLAH IT MEANS GOD WILLS THAT WE WILL BE APPROVED . THANK YOU, ZAWGYOSAMA

You are doing a different process than the OP, who is adjusting her status from a non-immigrant visa within the US. Also, it is advisable to turn off capslock when writing.. when you write all in caps, it is the equivalent of shouting.

Likklebit - is there any particular reason you feel you might need a lawyer? Red flags, criminal background, etc? Most of the people on VJ do AOS on their own, but in the end you and your husband have to make the decision of whether or not you need/want a lawyer involved.
