Hey, all.

(K1 petitioner here)

Is it worth front-loading AOS packet with pics/joint bank account info, etc?

Also... okay. I just got a job that I started 11/1 that pays enough for me to sponsor my husband alone. I can show my pay stub for November, as well as the letter of offer for my job that says how much I make a year and that it is a 12-month contract; I also have a The Work Number way that they can confirm my salary.

However, my 2010 tax returns and previous have been pretty low.

Savings are reasonable but not a lot-- about 2 years of us at the 125% of poverty line.

Do you have any advice? As long as I send that all in-- the letter of offer from my job, the way they can confirm it, and my first pay stub, should that be sufficient?

Thanks!

Agree with Yagisama. It's not required for a K1. We sent only what was required and were approved without interview. Save all that stuff for interview, if you have one.

No need to front load for AOS. Only relationship proof you need is a copy of your certified marriage certificate. Save up the other evidence of co-mingling for the interview, if you even have one.

The current income being enough should be ok. Send all the proof you listed of your income and if you list your savings, provide a bank statement to show proof of the money. For peace of mind, you might want to think about finding a co-sponsor to have them lined up just in case USCIS says you need one. If not, then you are good to go without one, but still have one waiting in the background just in case.
