I THINK this might be my last AOS question .... my husband is wondering whether it is more common to put the one year or use the 3 year option of including tax returns with the 864. He is securely over the poverty line and he is retired so his income is stable and easily seen by the government. Should we go ahead and submit all three years ? I was surprised to see that it was an option.

Any advice is appreciated. :luv:

Only your last one is actually counted/looked at but you need to at least write the last three years on the I-864, this is to prove that he's complied with IRS requirements for a USC.

We sent the last three, partially to prove we were telling the truth on the list of the i-864 but mostly because we had to order the transcripts to get the numbers so why not just send them anyway :P
