Hello VJ'S Friends,

I have SHORT question here,I am ABOUT to send my AOS,and i am wondering whose name i am going to put on (TO:USCIS;ATTN:FBAS 131 SOUTH DEARBORN 3RD FLR.CHICAGO IL 60603-5517 (FROM) :my name or my husband name?

TO:USCIS

ATTN:FBAS SOUTH DEARBORN 3RD FLR.

CHICAGO IL,60603-5517

FROM:????SHOULD MY NAME OR MY HUSBAND NAME?????????

Whoever is adjusting the status should be putting their name on it.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

in my case we use my name since im the one who's applying for the aos,but its your preference you can put his name either way

In my case bcoz my husband assembled the packet and cover letter he put his name even I am the applicant... ;) I think yes either urs or ur husband's name that should do fine.... ^_^

May 9, 2017: N-400 packet was sent
May 15, 2017: NOA1 
June 05, 2017: Biometric Done
June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony

My husband took the pack to mail it off so he put his name on it and everything was fine(he`s the USC)! Good luck!

honestly they don't look at the return address on the package, and they rarely read cover letters HOWEVER the immigrant is the one sending the application, not the USC, so they should be on the cover letter as the sender.

As long as the forms (and supporting docs) have the correct names, the rest is unlikely to matter.
