What you are feeling, sensing ect is part of this journey. No one here or anywhere is going to be able to satisfy your desire to know how long your case will take.It makes a big difference to everyone not just you.

Processing has its cycles I suppose but most of us become part of the averages that create these timelines.

You are " most people". We all are. However you are going to deal with the great unknown called Lebanon. Many cases there go into the blackhole called A P. That part of the waiting can get really hard to endure. If you case escapes A P consider yourself lucky.

My case took 408 days. Yours wont be that long so you can feel like you got lucky.

5 months is the "standard" wait time. Those that get approved in the 3-4 months just are lucky I guess. We waited 6 months for a RFE then a month later a NOA2 and we are finally getting to our interview date the day before our year anniversary of sending the petition. October 27th...Patience and really you must ignore the fast approvals they can make you crazy...GOOD LUCK!

Incredible! I have never seen this before. This will server to fire up everyone that waits all these months. It also proves there is no rational reasoning to this process.

How in Earth did you get approved in 7 days? What is going on at the service centers?

Allah[swt] says: “You may have someone in your mind, someone in your heart, someone in your dreams, someone in your life, but I am your someone when you have no one"He[swt] reminds us saying "O Prophet! Allah is sufficient for you and for the believers who follow you." [[Qur'an:8:4]] So when you slip and fall, remind yourself of Ar-Rahman Ar-Rahim, the One whose always there, just waiting for your Call!

What you are reading are the processing times of the various "stages." There is the USCIC stage, the NVC stage, the Interview stage, the entire Visa stage, etc. So it depends on where the person is focusing their attention. When people say 3-4 months, they're probably talking about NOA1 to NOA2. 5-6 months usually is from NOA1 to NVC. That's usually the norm. Some people get their visa within that time period, some 8-9 months, and the unlucky ones take a year or more. Anyway, start looking at people's timelines and you'll get a better picture. Good luck to you!
