My husband interview tomorrow also:) in Ankara, Turkey. I send him a big file about a month ago. It contains everything I send to the USCIS and NVC, also Skype records, Facebook messages, emails, phone records, all his original post cards he sent to me, copies of airlines tickets. Also, 2 sworn and notarised affidavits of knowledge of our relationship, 1 from my friend and 1 from my father. He as well put some staff inside that folder. Our photos, we have about 2000 of them but of course he can't bring all of it, he picked about a 100. We even tried to think of possible questions they might ask but after I quizzed him about us I realized it's silly:) he knows me so well, it's comes natural for him to answer anything about us as a married couple.

Anyway, don't stress out too much, everything will be ok. Just keep an eye contact, show only what they ask, answer clearly. I heard sometimes they already approved your visa if they have enough evidence and all necessary documents, so interview just formality. Stay positive, we got that far already. It's a final step! Good luck!!!!
