I just read the instruction for filling out the I-130 form but couldnt find anything about tax returns. Is that mean it's not required or I just miss something? Some of my friend who is also married told me that these is very importand to send copy of tax returns for last 3 years with paperwork.

Your missing the entire I-485 affidavit of support section. That happens at NVC for spousal visas.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

If you are filing for a GC from within the US from an H1B, you are missing a lot of forms. You don't need 3 years tax returns either, you can choose so send the last 3 or choose to send the last year's only. Here is the VJ guide. http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Filing from H1B to GC through marriage. You need to file 130+485 (together) + 864 for 485 + 693 for medical and you can also choose to file EAD and AP as well in the same packet.

I was on the same route 2 years back and VJ guides http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2 plus forums helped me. I would advise you to do the same.

We did a I-129F Easy solution is to go to IRS.gov and request a transcript of your last three years of taxes. The IRS will mail it to you free of charge and the tax transcript is considered an official doument. Moreso, than just making copies of the forms you filed

Look at the instructions for I485 form, it would say you need to submit a medical report. Since you are doing it from H1B to AOS you would need to file I693 with I485. I sent the following with my I130 and I485 package (I did not apply for AP because I was not going to leave the country at all)

Contents of packetinclude:
