Finally, they do something. A small step forward.

I want to yell now~~ Touched here too....since fXXX 07/11

May 12, 2006 We sent K-1 Package

May 23, 2006 We have received NOA1

June 14, 2006 Our case had been transfered to CSC

July 3, 2006 We had received for asking more evidence

July 4, 2006 We sent back right away

July 11, 2006 They had got our REF

July 12, 2006 TOUCHED

Sep 14, 2006 TOUCHED.............finally

Sep 18, 2006 Got approved.............Yes!!

Sep 28, 2006 Received NOA2

WHEN CAN I SEE MY BABY AGAIN?

1/18/2006----Arrived in Egypt to visit my love.

5/11/2006----Sent I129F.

6/15/2006----Recieved NOA1.

6/22/2006----Recieved RFE (IMBRA).

7/12/2006----Replied to RFE (IMBRA) Sent back.

7/17/2006----Our 1 year Anniversary!!!!

7/19/2006----VSC recieved RFE (IMBRA).

7/20/2006----touched

8/18/2006----touched

8/18/2006----NOA2!!!!!! THANK YOU GOD!!!!

8/18/2006----VSC sent our petition to NVC.

8/19/2006----touched

8/22/2006----NVC recieved our petition.

8/23/2006----NVC sent our petition to Cairo Embassy.

8/25/2006----Recieved NOA2 Approval letter in the mail.

8/28/2006----Recieved NVC letter with new case number.

8/31/2006----Cairo Embassy recieved our petition.

9/24/2006----I emailed the Embassy reguarding my fiance's packet 3.

10/17/2006--Cairo sent packet 3 for the second time to my fiance. First one was never recieved.

10/19/2006--Packet 3 recieved.

12/20/2006--Packet 3 sent.

12/21/2006--Cairo Embassy recieved packet 3.

2/21/2007---Packet 4 recieved.

3/12/2007---Interview (He Passed)!

3/12/2007---Administrative Processing begins.............God please help me get through this!

7/17/2007---Our 2 Year Anniversay!!!

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

7/03/2008--Our Wedding Day!

i was TOUCHED (09/13) for the first time too :) hopefully i'll get my IMBRA RFE now

MY TIMELINE

05-18-2006 went home to the Philippines to visit her

06-02-2006 sent out I-129F

06-24-2006 NOA1

09-13-2006 TOUCHED for the first time :)

09-19-2006 IMBRA RFE mailed by CSC

09-20-2006 TOUCHED

09-23-2006 IMBRA RFE received

09-25-2006 IMBRA RFE mailed overnight to CSC

09-29-2006 IMBRA RFE received by CSC

10-01-2006 TOUCHED

10-16-2006 APPROVED via email!!!!!! (136 days later)

10-20-2006 received NOA2 in the mail

11-01-2006 Manila received

03-02-2007 Medical

03-09-2007 Interview

03-16-2007 Visa in hand

03-23-2007 flight to SFO

05-04-2007 civil wedding

09-07-2007 AOS interview

Congrats but what is exactly changing when you check on the site?? that shows they have touched your case??

Is it this?

Current Status:

On July 29, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information.

Becoz they haven't updated mine since that!!!!!

192 days!!! :angry:

Gonna try again.

I was touched also on 9-13, the first time since 6-28. It seems that they pulled out a new stack of files! People are strting to get their IMBRA RFEs from those times too... Hopefully ours will come soon!

March 2003: Met Francisco, start dating.

Sept 2004: Moved to Nicaragua.

May 22, 2006: Sent paperwork to NSC.

June 23, 2006:NOA 1- Day 1!

June 28, 2006: Touched- Day 5!

September 13, 2006: Touch!!!!!- Day 83

September 19, 2006: Notified by email of RFE- Day 89

September 20, 2006: Touch-Day 90

September 25, 2006: Receive RFE- day 95

September 26, 2006: Sent RFE in 3 day mail from Nicaragua- day 96

October 11, 2006: RFE received in CSC- day 111

October 12, 2006: NOA2!!!- However no email notification... day 112

October 13, 2006: Touch - day 113

October 16, 2006: Touch- day 116

October 19, 2006: Receive notification of NOA2 in mail. What a surprise!!

November 4, 2006: Receive email notification of approval.

November 6, 2006: Approved by NVC

November 15, 2006: Received at the Managua embassy.

November 16,2006: Found out interview is January 8!

January 8, 2007: Interview in Managua. Visa approved!

January 17, 2007: Fly to USA! Brought fiance and Belgium Shephard home to MI!

You can see when you get ¨touched¨ on the page right after you log in. It lists the case that you have pending and it has a date next to it. When that date changes, it means you have been touched. When yo

u click on the link with you reciept number on it it takes you to the page that says ¨current status...¨But the touches can been seen on the previous page.

Thanks so much Sarah!! I just never noticed the log in option. I always just went to case status page to check.

I guess it only shows your last update so I don't know how many touches I've had. ?

I feel a little better. Not much but a little. Still want my approval asap!!

Touched on 9-6-06 though!

Gonna try again.
