Oh so sad to hear this and that you are going the same thing again. Its always not a good feeling to end a relationship but as its not working good so no choice at all. Maybe you can send a letter to USCIS and withdraw the petition. Im sorry, hope you will be okay in time!!

I would withdraw your petition. Check your local area and see if there are any Filipino social associations. Maybe you might have better luck going to local association and participating in activities and maybe just maybe you will have a love materialize by what you have in common.

I understand your desire to want the warmth of the Filipina culture. When you fall in love with a Filipina woman its one of the most beautiful things your heart will feel. But you have to let love find you. You can't go shopping for Love and expect it to be genuine.

That old wives tale "When you stop looking so hard for Love....Love has a way of finding you!"

Ahh, I'm sorry your your troubles.. Just wondering and if you don't mind me asking..what did both of your fiancees do that make you feel they were both after your money?? It might be helpful for others to know, and also I'm just really curious! Like others have said, stop looking and also how have you been finding these women? Remember the saying, "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me" Goodluck on your future endeavors!

I seen this one coming, no offense but why do you insist on finding a filipina and why so much younger than yourself? Maybe finding a Filipina more mature with commonalities would help? I understand why you dont want an American woman but theres plenty of foreigners in the U.S to choose from and you can probably save a fortune in not having the expense of flying half way around the world. IDK Just some suggestions, yes im with a Filipina but i didnt go looking for mine i was sent to work in the Caymans and met her that way.

35 years age difference?

Dude, not sure how this answered the man's question. Most of us are on this site to support each other, not question how someone fell in love with someone. Happy for you that things worked out for you. Maybe next, give a brother some love and support..

You must have missed the OP's post. He doesn't wanna talk about it and he isn't asking for relationship advice! ;)

To You and anyone else passing judgement on this relationship: You don't know anything about the circumstances and I don't feel obligated to explain. I just asked a simple question. Please keep your opinions to yourself if you have nothing constructive to say.

Sometimes I wonder if the people who post mean things on here have anything better in life to do not all relationship work out. I would withdraw your petition. I hope you find the right woman. I had a bad experience with my ex wife but I found out to late she only wanted a GC and money. I did not think I would find another woman that I cared for so much then I came across Theary totally by accident and it was the best thing to happen to me. Like you I have always like Filipino girls since my childhood crush on my neighbor. I was on a website just looking around and found Theary I emailed her and we talked I went to Cambodia to meet here and the rest is history. Although she is not Filipino I dont care I am happier then I have ever thought I could be. So I guess I am saying just keep your eyes open to more then just girls from the Philippines. Good luck to you.

One of the biggest red flags for K1 visa denials is age difference, especially when it's more than 20 years. Add that to the fact that next time will be the third time you apply for a K1 + you're looking for someone in the Philippines, which is a high fraud country... welp. It's just not going to look good when they review your case, and it will probably be extremely hard for your (next) girl to get this visa...

Maybe look into some other way to bring your (next) girl in. Maybe marry her there and apply for a K3 instead, I don't know.

Best of luck in the future.

Edit: and yeah, definitely withdraw.

This has to be one of the dumbest post I have ever read. No one wants to be used for there money or for a GC. I would defend his right to happiness and I promise you I am not "soft"(my US ARMY RANGER training can prove that) Nice way to stereo type "asians" want money thats like saying Muslims are terrorist just simply not true. You have some bad apples but not all people fall into one type. Theary is Asian has never once asked me for a dime and she knows I would give her any and everything I have.I have talk with Filipino girls who have never asked for money ... Grow up you sound like a racist :bonk:

Hey everyone...he asked a question about a petition. If he wanted life or relationship advice, he'd have gone to a different forum. Get off the high horses and quit trying to play Oprah. If you can't just answer the guy's question, follow the golden rule of "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."

That said, I would withdraw the petition so it is 100% clear if a future cases arises.
