Hey!

A quick question.

When writing the cover letter for the I-129F, I have to put in the "address of your service center". Where is that? I thought everything had to go to the "Dallas Lockbox"?!

Correct - everything goes to the Lockbox. Just use that address.

(Things used to get sent directly to a service centre, but that's not the case anymore.)

Hey!

A quick question.

When writing the cover letter for the I-129F, I have to put in the "address of your service center". Where is that? I thought everything had to go to the "Dallas Lockbox"?!

Confusion!

Even if everything goes to Dallas, you have to put the service center address as your header. Service center is where the petition is going to be processed. It could be California, Vermont, Texas or Nebraska. The distribution based on with the State you are currently resides.

Just put the Dallas Lockbox address on your letter

It doesn't matter much. You can put the Dallas Lockbox address if you want. Your application will be routed to the appropriate Service Center.

if you happen to know which Service Center your application will end up, then put that Service Center's address. In the big scheme of things,

it is really not a big deal. Good luck!

I simply wrote a letter including, for how long we know each other, the exact date I went to the country, how long I spend there and the date that you come back. If your visit is more than one time, put the latest visit in details. Since you can find the date of entry and exit on your passport, you don't have to approxmate it.

This letter describes; how I met ___________________

our time spent together

and future visits

On September 19th of 2008, I, __________________, went to ____________________ to _______________. On October 27th of 2008, _________________, went to ____________________, also to __________________. We did not know each other before this date. We met and got to know each other as we working at the same _________________.

We began our relationship in ____________ in February of 2009. My contract ended and I left on September 2nd of 2009. _____________ ended and he left on October 31st of 2009. We decided to continue our relationship when our contracts ended.

I went to visit him in _______ on November 29th 2009.

We returned to _____ together on December 13th of 2009.

On July 31st 2010 we went to ____________ together for a vacation. We returned to ______________ on August 7th 2010. We stayed together in ________ until June 12th 2011.

On June 12th 2011 we went to his home in _______________.

On June17th 2011 we went to ______________ together for a vacation. We returned to ______________ on June 22nd 2011. I stayed with him in __________ until July 17th 2011.

He is going to come to visit me under the Visa Waiver Program on September 1st 2011 and will leave on November 26th 2011.

We are hopeful to spend the Christmas period of 2011 together. However, no exact dates have been decide upon yet.

You are filing for a fiance visa. Do not mention you are not engaged.

Fiancee comes after the engagement. If you are not yet engaged, don't use I-129f. Seriously speaking, you will not get anywhere if you mention that.
