Once the bills (AOS & IV) are generated, pay 'em. Then you send the appropriate documentation once the bills are shown as paid.

We do got the AOS packet as good as ready.. Do we need a coversheet?

Yes you need a coversheet and it must be barcoded. You can print the barcoded coversheet from the online payment portal.

One more thing, the DS-3032. Once you have a case number from the NVC, that will have to be submitted. Submission can happen in the form of email.

James' NVC shortcut , LingChe's NVC Shortcut , and Loto's "How to bring your spouse to US" . These three will give you a very, very good handle on it. All correct but you need to pick the one that you understand the easiest. READ,READ,READ!! It's all downhill now and goes much faster I hope!!

also, if you are the foreign spouse - it would be a good thing to train the USCitizen spouse on those 3 guides. Hammers are useful, sometimes.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hi! Congrats on your approval!!! :star:

The first thing you need to do is call NVC and check to see if they have your case yet, to do that you need the WAC or EAC number on your NOA2 letter. I just used the automated service to check and once they said they had a number in the system I called the number again, spoke to an operator and gave my email address and my husband's email address- we got emails the very next day!! I suggest calling around 10-11 pm EST.

There is a good guide with loads of info in the NVC June Filers thread in the CR1 Progress Report Forum.

I spent some time on skype this morning making sure my husband sent the 3032 email back to NVC!!! Its good you are on top of things :DNVC seems to go pretty fast once they get going.

It took my case 4 days to go to NVC from me receiving the hard copy letter. But the case only had to go from Vermont to New Hampshire so it could take a few more days from California.

Start at your 16th birthday and go from there.

33: all educational institutions? Like from gradeschool till now or what?

Most people only list college/university or trade school. People who never went to college will list high school. Another fraction of people will list high school and college.

question 19 & 20: parents name and etc for beneficiary i assume??

Yes
