Hi guys :(, I've just newly created this account.

Im jhenalyn from cebu, 19 years of age.

My family(Mother, younger sister and 2 younger brothers) and I will having our flight to japan-chicago-missouri for our migration to Missouri, Chicago is our Port of Entry. My problem is, my mother and 2 younger brother's Immmigrant Data Summary was accidentally tampered because it was being xerox copied, forgetting that it should not be tampered.

And Our flight will be this coming july 7, 2011. I'm so worried about this, I can't imagine if we will be rejected in chicago. Because the sacrifices,time(1995 petition) and cost that we've spent was really painful one. :((

Please guys lend some of your knowledge regarding this matter on how I can make this migration successful because there's only 4 days before we leave.

-hoping...............

Get everything back to the embassy immediately and get the package resealed. Too big a risk otherwise--to travel all that way and possibly be turned back at POE.

What exactly do you mean with "being tampered with"? If you ust photocopied the front of the sheet, that is fine- no tampering there. If you tore the envelope then as mentioned, you will need to have it re-sealed by the embassy.

ah - the big envelope was opened, some one took out the documents, and photocopied them.

You'll need to get back to the issuing embassy IV unit, to have them reseal the packet.

Good Luck ! Let us know how it goes, soonish ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
