My husband accidentally filled up the letter F part of the I-130 application... =( will they deny our i-130 for this mistake? im so depressed with all these fuss. I need advice please thanks...

They may send you a NOAD which basically rejects the form i-130 and you would have to fill out and send corrected. At least this is what i was told when I called the service # with a similar issue.

I am sure someone with more experience with this will add to my answer.

I cannot be certain, but I could not imagine that being a problem, if they are paying attention, they will notice it was accidental and go on with the adjudication. Accidentally filling in that section seems trivial enough to forget about it and move on.

This is just my 2 cents. Take it for whatever it's worth to you.

You shouldn't. If they return the form, they'll return your entire package including your payment. Then you (or your husband) can correct the form, then send it back in.

Our first i 130 we sent with payment but the office printer I used I didn't double check the bottom of each page...it didn't print the barcode on the bottom of one of the pages so it was rejected and the entire packet was sent back including the non deposited check...they didn stamp it but other than that it was sent back to us entirely within a week and we were able to resend it right away using a better printer that printed the entire page.

Filling out section F in addition to signing in section E is not a problem. If section E is NOT signed, the package will likely be returned. The USC petitioner MUST sign in section E.
