I received email/text this morning stating that my card had been mailed to me. So I called uscis to get a tracking number and they told me that one has not been assigned as of yet, because the card has not actually been sent, that it was still in production and I should call back on Friday. These guys don't make anything simple do they?

Hello JDBY (AKA DOODOO);

I can see that your GC production takes little bit longer than usual time, normally takes 7-15 days.

You got approval on 03/26/12 & as of today 05/02/12 you do not have GC in your hand yet. That is kind of late,

but don't put the blame on USCIS because a private company in MO produce Green Cards. Anyway, if you get it, please let us know.

i haven't received anything since the approval notice. my status on the web didn't change either! almost 2 weeks

just chill mate. Take at least 2 weeks to receive ur gc. Mine will be here tomorrow.

p.s , u can stop checking ur case online. They wont change.

I think its amusing that they went like 10 months with zero communication to us and now they won't shut up. We got our approval letter....then I got an email stating my card production had been ordered. Then I got another email the next day saying the card production had been ordered. Then, I got another email saying that the order had been fulfilled. Then, I got another email stating that they mailed it. Then I got another email saying that USPS had picked it up.... I'm like #######... stop sending me emails!

Are they making up for lost time? lol. So, the last email I received said we should get the card in 7 days... maybe I'm gonna get like 3 cards from all the emails that went flying.. hehee..

Out of 3 process AOS, ROC & CTZ: I think the most "excruciating" & "pain in the assssssssssss" one is ROC. The easiest one is CTZ which takes 3-5 months, very straight-forward process.

that's true , ROC took too long , I got my CR1 visa in less than 5 months and ROC took plus than 9 months, isn't strange ?!

GC looks different and picture is in black and white, I don't like it !!!

yes citizenship is the last step,it seems easy and speedy except for the 100 questions you need to memorize my package is already ready, maybe I'll send it today

10 months (today) from filing and nothing. Ridiculous! I wonder how many "July 4th" cases are Vermont working on now.

Got hubby's greencard in the mail on Friday the 4th!

Good luck to everyone else! I really hope everyone gets approved. It's really nice to be done with this process now.
