July 9th would be the earliest you can send it out. It's 90 days from your expiration not 3 months. July 7th is 92 days, so it's too early.

If your green card expires July 22, you don't have to wait till july to file. you can do it now, you don't want to wait till the last minutes. also maybe you can find some affidavits from a a couple of people. and or plane tickets together, photos, anything that you do together.but your list looks good so far.

It strengthens the love, it attaches you even more to each other, it shows how your man would do whatever it takes to be with you, that he will never give up on you because he LOVES you!! All the waits, stresses, tears, heartaches, all the miserable feelings you feel along the way will be paid off once you get what you've been hoping for...oh and WITHOUT PRAYERS? will be like trying to start a fire with water, JUST WON'T WORK!

Well, let me help you July Filers ;)

Could someone please add TIMON&PUMBA I-751 date of 07/01/11 to Vermont Service Center?

My greencard expires in Sept 2011, so I'm still part of the June filers even though I ended up mailing it out July 1st.

Am I supposed to be on this list or on the july filer list?

Adding Timon&Pumba to VSC list (from June Filers thread)

California Service Center (0 applicants)

VJName.............Date of I-751.....NOA1 Date......Biometrics......Approved....

YOUR NAME HERE.......07/--/11........--/--/11.......--/--/11........--/--/--....

VJName.............Date of I-751.....NOA1 Date......Biometrics......Approved....

TIMON&PUMBA..........07/01/11........--/--/11.......--/--/11........--/--/--....

IMPORTANT!

* Make sure that your VJ Text Editor setting is set to Rich Text Editor.

* Go to the MOST RECENTLY POSTED VERSION of this list (go to the last post and scroll UP) and "Reply" to it, deleting the "quote" tags in your reply.

* Please DO NOT change the font, font size, add colors, stuff like that.

* Please PREVIEW before posting to make sure it is properly formatted.

* Please check that you have not deleted anyones NAME & DATA.

Date of I-751 = The Date you sent your application

NOA Date = The Receipt Date on your original NOA letter

Biometrics = The Date of your biometrics appointment

Approved = The Date your case was approved

* Please Capitalize your VJ Name when adding it to the list.

* When you're on this list, please come back to update your information accordingly

* If you cannot add your information yourself, please ask another VJ member to help you do so.

Hi guys! I'm planning to send my I-751 this coming July 5th. I completed all the requirements needed. But I don't know what to do next? Should I go to their office and submit all the paper works or send it thru mail?

If mail, should i enclose all proofs that I'm still with my hubby? Where should I mail it if I'm from San Diego, CA?

of If I have to show up in their office, should I schedule an appointment first before going there? Or walk ins are accepted?

PLEASE HELP! My GC will expire at the end of August. :)

Thanks!
