After a medical scare, and done with document intake yesterday my wife is getting ready for an interview today in 2 hour. I will be sitting in the embassy waiting for her.

I couldn't sleep..but now I'm up and were getting ready to leave soon.

04/06/11 Automatic recorder on the NVC machine stated that my package was received this date and have to wait 6-8 weeks for next responds

04/16/11 RFE issing my spouse passport biopage

04/18/11 Email back the missing paperwork for NVC

04/19/11 Email from NVC they recieved the RFE I sent.

04/20/11 Spoke with NVC they say have to wait 20days for change

05/16/11 Spoke with NVC they say "case is complete, and that their interview appointment is full for June- to call back in June 17 for a interview appointment time for July most likely."

05/16/11 SIF on the payment portal website

05/20/11 Interview letter arrived via email for June 15 interview date in Guz

06/13/11 Medical Test today

06/15/11 Doc intake

06/16/11 Interview day waited for my wife at the embassy

06/16/11 APPROVE

06/18/11 Visa in her hand at China post office

6/23/11 Land in US at San Francisco airport

7/11/11 Waiting for her SSN card, received her Green Card Already

approve...approve.....yeah.......oh yes....my wife did great at the interview and i meet a cool friend while waiting for her at the consulate....

yes!!!!!! right now she is calling families and friends...i will have to wait until she is done....

my wife and her friend were the last 2 or 3 to finish there interview...

a interview review will be up in a couple of days.....

Interview approve, but the vo didn't take my wife IV form (Ds-230). But they took her passport. Curious is this ok, or some error.I know recent someone had the same thing happen to them. I did electronic procedures. EP

Congrats! Did she take a copy of the DS-230 because you sent one in via EP and the Vo should have had your wife sign the second part of the DS-230 form?

Yeah, the Vo didn't take her ds-230 part I and II. she didn't even sign it. so i am confuse as well. another member last week had the same issue, they didn't take his wife ds-230 as well.

Congrats! Did she take a copy of the DS-230 because you sent one in via EP and the Vo should have had your wife sign the second part of the DS-230 form?

They seem to have changed the process. Last week at our interview, my wife didn't sign or hand over the DS-230. I talked to the consulate and they assured me everything was correct and she has her visa in hand.

Funny you guys mentioned the DS230 part II not being taken at the Consulate, we had our interview at the Bogota Embassy last week and they didn't take my fiancees DS230 part II either.
