I am about to apply Form I-485 for my fiancee, one of the thing they need is Form I-94 but they didn't mention whether they need original or copy?

What do I do?

Thanks

ah such a bummer! i wonder why they are sending out rfe's. i am not impressed with the uscis or else myself for screwing something up! let me know why you got rfe'd when you find out. i think mine may be because of the fact i haven't got a ssn yet :(

Nope, you don't need an SSN to adjust status. It's something else.

that's odd as to why they would send an RFE.

The I-94 is stapled in the passport, since I need to make copies front and back, I have to remove the staple correct? Or they want it to be stapled in the passport?

I just left it stapled in the passport when making copies, front and back. You can remove it, if you prefer.
