Woot woot. sooo happy!,,

On another note. My company is just about to file an L1 visa to transfer me. Is it worthwhile to go this path (L1) now.? Usually these take 4 weeks.

NOA-2 , petition approval, has some ramifications.

One of them is that you'll interview at the US Embassy/Consulate IV unit 'mentioned' in the I-130.

Another one of them is that IF you are coming into the USA on an L-1, suggest yer USC Spouse file all again, about 3 weeks after you've come in to any USA POE, and file an adjustment of status, dropping all prior krappes on the I-130, and submitting all anew.

You've made it to Australia - did you convert from PRC person to AUS person? If so, you still need massive Police Reports from all places, PRC is easy from other members in yer Hukuo book, but getting PCC from Australia is hard when yer not there - so GET PCC NOW before you jump.

But.

What do you wish to do? Do you wish to follow the path of getting a visa, or do you wish to adjust status after you are in the USA?

Regardless, Fuzhou is a huge 'fraud area' , so if you have AUS citizenship now, with AUS passport, suggest you pursue the CR-1/IR-1 VISA, talk to your USCitizen spouse about interviewing in Australia as opposed to interviewing in the USA.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
