Do you mean your husband? Remember you need to be married to file for AOS!

My Journey:

We met through a study-abroad program in Shanghai, China in August of 2009

We got engaged March of 2010

I received my K1 VISA in 6 months (June-December 2010)

We were married 04/02/2011
I received my conditional 2-year greencard (AOS) in 2.5 months with no interview (April-June 2011)

Our son was born 02/03/2013

I received my masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology 04/17/2013

I received my 10-year greencard (ROC) in 3 months with no interview (March-June 2013)

My husband returned from deployment 06/20/2013

My naturalization journey took 4 months (April-August 2014)

I became a US citizen on 08/01/2014

Received passport in 3 weeks (regular processing)

Thank you, VJ! smile.png

Anyway.. Goodluck and I really hope you hear from them soon..

So you sent a check and not a money order, and it hasn't been cashed yet?

sis you said you used the USPS expressmail right ?but why did you used that address i guess you must used that address only if you used the UPS or fed ex or other courier .for USPS even its expressmail you must used their PO box still .expressmail/courier are only intend for those mail who used other than USPS i guess you have confussion in the word expressmail. anyway, just call the USCIS but i guess they might tell u to wait after 45 days if it doesnt comes back to you they might tell u to refile it. hope it helps.

It doesn't matter that the OP sent the package express USPS to the street address. The reason it's separated like that is because UPS and FedEx will NOT deliver to a PO Box, only street address. USPS will deliver to EITHER street or PO Box so the package would have been delivered no problem. I sent mine USPS express to the street address and it was delivered no issue.
