Embassy Review : the result of our interview was the one i prayed for ,finally i ended up with an approved result thanks God everything was fine thank you for the nice Consul i was assigned. he looks like my fiance (lol) thats why i keep on eye onto him everytime coz i really miss my fiance .
We arrived at US embassy at 6am because our interview sched was 7am after getting out on the cab i heard they are calling for the seaman whos sched was 7am. while walking on a place where we can sit forawhile while waiting to our time suddenly ,my eldest son told me that his shoes has been broken and was totally about to detached on the sole. were all laughing together and did not know what to do and its good that i let my maid to be with us and what i did i let to borrow her rubbershoes goodthing she was wearing a rubbershoes at that time (what if shes wearing a sandals what am i gonna do borrow the sandals and let my son to wear it or ask somebody to help us i do not know hahahha) and ilet my son to wear it thanks God they are in same size (what a funny moment)and i left the broken shoes with her and i told her\\\\\\\" u sit for awhile and wait for us to get done with the interview and will do something about it later because i have no time to xplain on things because the guard is calling for a 7am schedule so i left some money to her for her can do something about it i let her decide what ever she likes to do anyway i left enough money for a repair and for buying food or whatever shes gonna do for her not to get bored while waiting for us .when were inside the US embassy, where all the immigrants seated i noticed that everybody was silent and maybe some are busy reviewing their documents and some are praying but i dont c some.or it could be tired bcoz of the excitement or a mix emotion or tired because of early schedule me either i dont sleep i was awake the whole day b4 the interview i guess i was 24 hrs up hehehe.then we proceed to the entrance where u can put ur things on the xray /conveyor where it scanned ur things bringing inside.then check on to our pocket if we had something inside which is prohibited.then i proceed to the examiner where u submit all the forms (make sure on DS 156 u affix ur photo right away to avoid the hassle) prepare 2 sets each DS156,156k,157 and a receipt from BDO where u paid ur visa . and after that she will give u a receipt/number and u have to look on to the queing board becoz its not in order u have to be attentive keep on observing things around u so that u wont be lost.my number has been called and proceed to window 24 and she asked for my name and my petitioners name at 1st when were there at window 24 and asked my children also their names and bdays and she asked for the requirement and hand it to her and she told me to sign all the forms the one she gave me back for signature and i noticed when i was looking for my bag bcoz my pen was there. it wasnt with me i thought my children was bringing it bcoz i was carrying the laptop bag with me where i put everthing (documents)inside with a different envelope inside and the pre interviewer asking me \\\\\\\"whats wrong? dont u have pen\\\\\\\" and i replied to her \\\\\\\"Ate sandali lang ha kc naiwan ko pla ang bag ko sa upuan kakamadali kc ninenerbyos ako (and i gave a big smile to her as to say sorry for let to keep waiting for me to sign it ) teka lang ate ha pinakuha kona sa anak ko\\\\\\\" then she waited for awhile and its good that noone got an interest to get my bag when accidentally left it on the chair where we seated and i sigh for a while when i saw my son was bringing it id never check if something was missing inside because all my money was there inside my wallet where i put inside my bag and its good also that the pre interviewer did not get mad at us bcoz of that incident and its good also that she was a lil bit busy checking my documents and thanks god everything was on proper timing when i got back onto her i said \\\\\\\"ok na ate e2 na ung form oh na sign ko na pano ung sa 2 anak ko should i sign it also or let them sign it then she said u can sign just put their names on top of ur signature and let to write as by mother \\\\\\\" and i said \\\\\\\"OK ty\\\\\\\" and she proceeded again to the next ? asked me some question again about how we met, and asked also if its my 1st time to apply for a visa and i said\\\\\\\" no its my 2nd time and unfortunately i was denied and that application was filed last yr. since the consul knows that i have a fiance and the CO told me to let him be here to visit me and file for a K1 fiance visa so we followed what the CO told me and now im back here to apply for a K1 visa thats what i xplained to the Pre-interviewer and she said ok good.so she asked for the affidavit of support and the attachment i hand in all the things in an envelope all in original then asked for our picture together and she told me that she will borrow it for awhile and will return later and i said \\\\\\\"OK\\\\\\\" and she said \\\\\\\"Ok u sit for awhile and will call u again then i said \\\\\\\" ok Thank you \\\\\\\" then we waited for a 1hr and haf then it shows where do we proceed window 16 for finger scanning and i did the finger scanning but not my kids only me but they double check everything so with the kids looks if the same person on the picture maybe and ask for the date of birth and after she scanned my fingers she told me to go back to my sit and my name will be called again and after an hr my name was called and said proceed to window 27 i never thought that it was the interview with the consul and the lady guarded us in entering the door i noticed inside the room there are 2 windows and we are assigned at the corner i was surprised at 1st bcoz i thought someone was with us during the interview and its good that the lady instructed us to go on to the corner where the consul was there already and he greeted us and was surprised also because he looks like my fiance (like he is on his late 40\\\'s) seems i was comfortbale talking to him and asked to raise my hand and asked to how he will call me \\\\\\\"i said just \\\"Ana\\\"\\\\\\\" because my real name was Maria Ana and he mentioned my name to do an oath then he proceeded to the ? at 1st he asked me what is ur petioners name his job and go on my documents double check everything and he was asking me dont you have a new CENOMAR i said \\\\\\\"Sir thats new i just recently got it that was July 2010 maybe ur confused about it caused my previous marriage still appears on to my cenomar as i xplained to him \\\\\\\"Actually Sir the lady told me at the NSO if im going to submit the cenomar for a requirement ill make sure that my previous marriage cert. was attached on to the cenomar so that i wont be question anymore coz on my marriage cert. there was an annotation on the side stating that marriage has been nulled and void which i included also on the documents where i submitted a while ago and he checked on it again and he found out it was there maybe he was overlooked onto it because it was in the same color the form for NSO) and then he said \\\\\\\"Oh im sorry i just overlooked onto it\\\\\\\" then i smiled its ok Sir as i said then go back to us again now its my boys turn he said \\\"ok \\\\Where is Luigi\\\" and my son raised his hand and smiled onto him ok \\\\\\\"how old is Luigi as a ? onto my son and my son said \\\"Im 12 yrs old Sir \\\"and the CO asked him \\\\\\\"OK how many gf u got Luigi? and my son was surprised about the ? i start to laugh so with the guy at the back of the consul who keeps on walking around at the back of the consul maybe he was the security personnel there (but he is not wearing a uniform showing that he is a secuity guard )and i saw the CO was a lil smiling and then my son said \\\\\\\"i dont have Sir \\\\\\\" and the CO said \\\\\\\"u sure u dont have any dont lie to me im a CO of the US embassy and then my son insist \\\\\\\"thats true Sir i dont have\\\\\\\" but he never asked my other son because we spent too much time laughing during the interview and the CO said ok \\\\\\\"YOUR VISA IS APPROVED AND U MAY SIT FOR AWHILE AND WAIT FOR UR NAME TO BE CALLED AGAIN\\\\\\\" as a reply on to him a gave a big smile onto him and i said to the kids \\\\\\\"ok say thank you and bye bye to the CO\\\\\\\" and my children did that so with me and i showed some movements of my hands stating a big \\\\\\\"thank YOU again \\\\\\\" then we turned back and proceed to the waiting area again then suddenly a lady suddenly approached me \\\"Uy classmate nakapasa kaba as i recall she became my friend at St. Lukes and we used to call each other as classmate. and i said \\\"were \\\\\\\"APPROVED\\\\\\\" \\\\\\\"Thanks God\\\\\\\" and she gave me a big smile and i said \\\"Uy classmate upo muna kami ha\\\" then we go back to our sit then we waited for our name and we waited for another 45 mins to proceed on to the Y lane where we instructed to fill out the form and submit it to Air 21 then the assigned person there asked me \\\\\\\"Di na ba tlga nagpakita ang tatay nila \\\\\\\" and i replied \\\\\\\"Yes never he never showed up many yrs ago in any occasions but i know that he is still exist but i do not know his where abouts and i said me ganun palang tao na nakakaya nya na di makita ang mga anak nya for many years and i also added its ok we dont need his attention either and my kids deserves the happiness in life if ever i bring them with me and have a better life in the future and if ever i know his whereabouts i dont want to communicate with him anymore and the guy told me \\\\\\\"SAYANG ANG GAGWAPO PA NMN NILA\\\\\\\" and i replied with a big smiled again \\\\\\\"Siempre ganda ng nanay e\\\\\\\" lol then we proceed to AIR 21booth and left his counter and were at the Air 21 booth the lady told me to fill up the form with the check mark (\\\\\\\"OMG lots of forms i should fill-out because we are 3 applicants 1 for myself and 2 for the kids) then give it back to the lady after i filled up everything and she told me the total amot and paid the required amt(Php 247@ bcoz its outside the Manila area)then we are given instruction after we double check all the information she typed in at the computer and the lady told me that im gonna receive a txt mesij on my cellphone for the tracking number after few minutes and i said ok thanks and we turned back leave the US emabssy at 11am.(what a relief after many months being worried what will be the outcome of everything esp. the interview either denied or approve and at long last i was end on an answered prayer APPROVED)Thank you Lord for guiding us in this journey thanks for all the support and guidance for all the members and non-members of the visa journey \\\\\\\"MABUHAY TAYONG LAHAT\\\\\\\" :D Gobless to everyone and Gudluck on ur upcoming interview

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
