Thoughts about using a highlighter on dates and names on the copied boarding passes, passport entry and exit stamps, and hotel invoices so the adjudicator can quickly find what they need on each page?

1 passport photo for petitioner and 1 passport photo for beneficary, correct?

I did that on photocopies of my profs, but not original documents. Didn't have any problems.

it's good ONLY if you use yellow highlite, other colors come out to dark when scaned you may get a rfe,

I highlighted stuff on our copies... e.g. stuff on our bank accounts (our names on a joint account, and dates, etc.)

I also highlighted information contained on the copies I made of my plane ticket and boarding passes.

And yes, 2 passport photos, one of each of you attached to your reapective G-325A. Just use a small plastic bag for the photo and paper clip it to the form.

it's good ONLY if you use yellow highlite, other colors come out to dark when scaned you may get a rfe,

I read this before somewhere but not on VJ. So I would be cautious about highlighting. When scanned it may show BLACK and what you meant to highlight will not show. Maybe Underlining.

I too highlighted all that i thought was important.

travel dates, numbers which were important in my call logs to my fiance (I had to use entire invoice so couldnt just filter out the rest)

i also highlighted things like records on my bank statement, items which were travel related in my credit card statements.

anything that helps them identify the meaning full stuff in the proof that contains more than just the relevant things.

Finally sent it today. That feels good to have finally sent. Mailed it to the PO Box in Dallas via Priority Mail with return receipt requested. Hopefully that's that right place. The instructions in the guide say USPS go to PO Box... so that's where it was sent.
