I prefer good, old fashioned mutts. My current dog is a basset hound/husky mix.

If I had to choose a purebred my favorite is the Saint Bernard followed by the Samoyed. I have owned both in the past and they are great, friendly dogs.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I'm not a dog person, in fact I've never owned a dog (my wife did but he died).

If I wanted to have a dog that my wife would love, I think it would be a corgi.

My cousin's wife had corgis for many years and they have the sweetest disposition of any.

People joke about them a lot because QE2 likes them so much but I think they are cool.

If I wanted to have a dog for myself, I think it would be a border collie.

They are quick, & super-intelligent and eat less than Lassie.

Panda Dog breed is a real breed and it's only a matter of time before the AKA recognizes this remarkable breed.

A geneticist was able to extract Panda DNA to create this new breed. The only down side is that they're vegetarian.
