In reviewing the USCIS On-Line “My Case Status” number regarding our AP, it states that the AP was approved on March 10, 2011. However, it is 4/13/2011 today and we have not received it as of yet. When viewing the “My Case Status” via the USCIS on-line WEB site it currently shows “Post Decision Activity.” Here’s my question, when reviewing your AP on-line “My Case Status” concerning your approved AP, have any of you witnessed it showing “Card/Document Production” after it has stated approved? We are getting ready to call the USCIS to let them know it has been over (30) days that our AP was approved, but no document received at this point. Thanks for all replies

We are in the same situation, our case status says :

Post Decision Activity

On April 4, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

It's been almost 2 weeks and we haven't received that notice but received the EAD which was approved the exact same day (April 4th).

We don't understand what is going on, we thought we would receive a combo card as the i-765 and i-131 were approved at the same time but the EAD card we received says "not valid for reentry to U.S."

We called the 1-800 and the first operator we talked to, told us we should have received a combo card and he transfered us to a supervisor.

When we asked what happened, the supervisor said there's nothing to worry about, the notice is going to arrive soon and advised us to call again if nothing arrived by the end of the week.

The week is other, we haven't received anything and still don't understand why we didn't received a Combo card...

Does anyone know if the document they sent us is just a notice of approval or is it the actual Advance Parole document?

Anyone in the same situation?

When my wife's EAD and GC were approved, the case status briefly (for a few hours) went to "Card/Document Production" and then went back to "Decision" followed by "Post Decision Activity", which was of course the mailing of the notice and card. I don't know why the Case Status page has the 5 steps in the order that it does, since -- at least in our case -- it goes 1, 2, 5, 3, 4, but you may have simply missed the period of time when it was in "Card/Document Production".

You guys are very lucky!

My i-765 and i-131 were approved on the same day. About a week later, I received my EAD card which wasn't a combo card.... As I explained in a previous post, the online status of my i-131 says Post Decision Activity - On April 4, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I never received that notice and I think they made a mistake and should have sent me a combo card! I called USCIS couple of times and explained my case, one of the operator told me I had to make an expedite service request so we could find out why I didn't received a combo card. Today I received an Email from USCIS, it's supposed to be an "answer" to my service request. This email doesn't explain why I didn't get a combo card it just gives me the status of both applications as I could see it on USCIS website...

I don't know what else I could do, I really need to get the AP, I have to go back to France ASAP and even if my AP was approved I don't have anything proving it!

Hi Jasmine&Eric, I was wondering if your AP issue ever got resolved, and if so, what happened? I am also afraid that I will not receive the combo card!
