Anyone know the size correlation between a 24 and a 3X?

I thought that it was 1:1. A size 24 should be 50" bust, 48"-52" waist and 52"-62" hips.

OK, there's only one left of the dress that most like so I think I'm gonna buy it. Then still make Benny go look at a local shop after work tomorrow. lol

Next will be to figure out what shoes to wear with that dress....Can't wear heels both because they make my feet hurt and I have weak ankles.
