Processing dates

I called and spoke with a tier 2 officer today about the processing time and they said they were working on cases submitted on Sept 11. I read a post 3 weeks ago that somebody called to ask and they said the same thing to them, that they were processing sept 11th files. ???? Whats up with that?

They are given a script of answers.

That's the date their script has currently.

P.S. You might want to update your service center. It says Texas.

Hi they only update that info once a month if you want to know the new info you have to call after the 15th of april after that date they will change to the new date, before the 15th they will tell you 11th of sept.

That's very true, when mailed my packet off I mailed it to the Texas lockbox facility. I got the two of them confused!

I called and talked to someone today who said that Vermont is now processing October 1st...I talked to someone earlier this morning who said September 11, so who knows. Hopefully they're updating today and are actually working on October 1st, which probably means a week or so before and a week or so after. I just can't think about this whole thing too much or I feel like my head is going to explode!!!

we called today and they told us to call back on the 11th of april that they are processing files from 3 weeks before ours therefore 11th of sept , at least they didnt say call back in 30 days again

My fiance called them last March 25 and they said to call back after 13days if we won't receive any feedback from them. They said that they are processing September 11. So I guess we can call them back if we haven't received any feedback after 13days, noting that on that 13days they said that would be our 193days.
