No I didn't, I can't go to sports related websites at work.

ETA: Found an 'unfiltered' computer at work and checked it out. That first link you provided Charles, has no relavent information to the topic at hand. A few thousand hooligans were not allowed out of the country during world cup, so? That doesn't qualify or quantify anything. :P

That link was about fans who were banned from attending the World Cup because they have a history of causing trouble. Prevention is how law enforcement prevents trouble at major games.

Of course it's easy to find stories here and there about football hooligans from any country you choose.

Hooliganism today is a general problem across Europe, rather than the specifically British problem it used to be.
