Yes we called and they said it can take up to 45 days. But the tier 1 level lady told me that whoever entered our case number in to the system messed up the dashes. They were not in the right sequence..but when she transferred me, the next lady told us to just wait! It's completely arbitrary!

Just look at the list I Have going. The second group with blue dates, are the dates in which one received the official NOA1 The third group with pink dates are biometrics appointment dates. NOTE:

We submitted our packet about a day apart, and no word yet on anything

No email

No NOA in mail

Check NOT cashed

Finally our I-485 is showing online and it says that today they mailed us a letter saying that our case has been forwarded to the California service center! Yay! I'm just so glad to see things moving!! :) still nothing for EAD or AP. They aren't working online yet...

When you signed in it said your case was transferred already, thats sounds good best of luck to you, did you do the biometrics yet?

AOS from K-1

3/09/2011: filed I-485 + EAD

3/11: Delivered Chicago Lockbox

3/15: text and email confirmation/Check Cashed/NOA1 sent

3/16: touched

3/18: rec hardcopy NOA1

3/21: rec biometrics appointment for 4/08 planning walk in for 3/23

3/22: successful walk in biometrics exactly 3 months since POE

5/14: touched/text & email notice of EAD approval

5/16: EAD in hand

7/1: Text/email notice for interview

8/3: Interview.............Approved!!!!

8/13: Green Card in hand

Not receiving any notice of any type is making me extremely nervous. :clock:

I wake up every morning to check to see if the check has been cashed! :angry:

I send it overnight thru fedex, so yes it has been tracked and it did arrive.

The only guarantee I have right now, is that it is still in the mail basket, on someone's desk, or on the mail room floor!

All I know, is that, there is nothing like getting a notice directly from immigration.

At least that lets me know that the AOS package has been opened and is has been reviewed briefly.
