Day 60 and nothing to report

Just got back from florida and was hoping to see something in the stack of mail here but alas no such luck, back to more waiting again.

AOS from K-1

3/09/2011: filed I-485 + EAD

3/11: Delivered Chicago Lockbox

3/15: text and email confirmation/Check Cashed/NOA1 sent

3/16: touched

3/18: rec hardcopy NOA1

3/21: rec biometrics appointment for 4/08 planning walk in for 3/23

3/22: successful walk in biometrics exactly 3 months since POE

5/14: touched/text & email notice of EAD approval

5/16: EAD in hand

7/1: Text/email notice for interview

8/3: Interview.............Approved!!!!

8/13: Green Card in hand

After more than 2 months of NOA they have not send us our biometrics appointment, so we open today a service request ticket :blush: They told us we should get an answer in 30 days if not to call back :crying:

Have you tried go to your local office of "Application Support Center" to see if you can do a walk-in. Try giving the excuse that it got lost. I remember reading that another VJ member walked in without a letter

Hi everyone.

I see things are moving along in some cases. My wife's biometrics appointment is tomorrow afternoon and, after that, I'm hoping to see some movement on at least one of our cases (AOS/EAD/AP) soon. I'm tired of seeing the same "Last Updated" date on the USCIS every day! laughing.gif

they printed a copy for me......

then biometrics taken.....

as easy as 1 2 3....

31 March 2011 - Mailed thru USPS (AOS/EAD/AP)

03 April 2011 - NOA (AOS/EAD/AP)

18 April 2011 - successful walk-in biometrics

21 April 2011 - NOA (AOS transfer to CSC)

25 May 2011 - EAD/AP approved

04 June 2011 - EAD/AP combo card received

16 June 2011 - AOS/GC approved

22 June 2011 - GC received by mail

We just did an Infopass appointment for the 17 of May, hope it can shed some light about his biometrics letter. :innocent:

Well that was quicker than I thought, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Total success to get my biometrics done, even though my appointment was for 23rd May.
