WOW i kinda forgot i wrote this post and surprised on all the action it has brought anyway i am not going to the phils yet. but a few of her freind talked some sence into her and she has agreed to come back after holy week like around may 15 or 22 i have to redo her ticket but putting it on hold for now. but ya i still have some red flags..like she wont talk to me she said she wanted a divorce if i dont file then she will . she had measles or something before she was to fly back but before the she had some headache she said (her words ) the pain was so terrible for three days. her is something she posted on her wall

im very happy to be here in my family in tacloban specially jayden his having so much fun here no one can give us happiness as much we have here. im tired of living in misery life....u cant please everybody and just look for somenone to tell you what best for you.

i wont go to the phils till she dont come back in may and i have custody on my son then i will go there and then fly back with him i really dont want to spend time in prison in the phils. yes it would be warm all the time for me but.

yes my wife grew up in trditional way and yes i have yelled a few times and yes i didnt understand what this was doing to her and yes i have apoligized and taken all the blame am tring not to just freak out. i have another 1 1/2 month to go with the pain in my heart for my wife and son.

well i hope this has updated some of the post will be back sooner

Wow! May 15-22 is almost a month "after holy week" (April 17-25). I do not know if you are giving her more time to think that its better to stay in the Philippines or more time to think that she wanna go back to the US. I have been to Tacloban and have friends from Tacloban... people there are either old rich or very poor... one thing shared by the people are their pride and simple living... If your wife comes from an old rich family... then it is more likely that she will stay there...

well i am not filipina. i am just a slow typer and fast mind . so if i miss words or mispell word forgive me, just want to post this and be done.well here we go i try to call my wife she dont answer. i have not seen my son now since dec 3. grrrr yes i do think it is peer pressure and culture shock. but all i know she took my son and in may if she dont return with him. i will feel so bad for my son.he is the one who is so being hurt by what she is doing. i will get him back once i have custody, i can pretty much do what i want after that. if that means going there and taking him screaming and cring from her arms.i dont want to have to do that.oh i am sure i would have a fight on my hands. but i wont stop. it is just so upsetting now she wont answer calls and texts or even go online. there is one month left for her to return. then she will get what she wants her divorce. but since she wont come here to contest. i pretty much can ask for any and everything even the house we own in the phils.

I would get on with my life...get a divorce based on deseration. Cut off all communications with her. may be hard at first but in the long run U will be so much better. Sounds as if she thought living in the USA was going to be like some kind of fairy tale. Change your telephone number and throw away any mail U might receive from her without opening it. Be a man...suck it up!

hope your wife didnt see this, because if she did and she was a wise woman, she would doubt your intentions in this relationship

Hello Vbtbmrt/ sorry to read about your troubles. I remember reading many of your posts back in 2007. You say "she will get what she wants, her divorce". If that is what she is planning you need to clear your mind and start to protect yourself. Start by checking your home computer to see if she has been planning this for a while, look for secret emails and chat accounts, FB,phone bills ect. Sorry, but there are women here that have petitioned old boy friends. You will need all the help you can get if you want custody of your child. If this happened to me I would cancel the return tickets and get over there now, and see what is going on.
