can you imagine hopeing for a RFE just so you will know that your case is being look at.....mmmmmmmmm :no:

In fact, I am kind of hoping for a RFE... silly, but this crazy waiting time with no move makes me hope for even a RFE!!! hahaha

ours never got touched and we were approved with no issues. at the AOS point and EAD so it doesn't mean a whole lot! Good Luck :)

"touches" dont mean anything, mine was never "touched" and I got my NOA2 before many others that had multiple touches. VSC is running slower than CSC, you will prob have to wait 6 months... best to look at people with timelines at VSC a little ahead of you to see how long avg wait is currently.

I'm at 5 and a half months since the NOA1, and every day feels slow as molasses. Haven't been touched since 10.03.10. But I did put in a service request and contact my Senator. The Senator's office called the VSC on 2.11.11 and then called me back and said that my case had been assigned to an officer on 2.10.11. But it still doesn't show being touched...Should I believe what the Senator's office told me??

got a touch too (VSC) but that was Nov. 5, 2010... hope next touch will be my NOA2... :innocent::blush:

02/05/2011...get a e-mail notice of NOA-1...states case transferred to CSC

02/10/2011... rec. hardcopy NOA-1 in mail...priority date..01/31/2011.....sit back relax and ride this slow mule!!
02/14/2011... touched ( it must have fallen on the floor )..hehe
05/12/2011...NOA-2 OMG...98days u kidding me!!!!!!!

they touched me on valentine's day............i sued em for harrassment..... :rofl: it means little too nothing they can move it from a desk to a desk and it shows as a touch /date change. :thumbs:

:rofl: I might've just let them slide on that one! Especially if it means they are getting closer to looking at my file!... That is unless the file was just moved from one smaller box to a larger box! Sheesh. Just thinking about it makes me want to sue them for compensatory damages!

Terrible process, really! I'm only at 3 months and 3 weeks. In the long run, it's a short time but it certainly does not feel like it. :help:
