Alhamdulillah,

I just wanted to give October filers some hope. Masha'Allah, I just checked my email out of habit not thinking of anything when I saw a message from USCIS. It said "Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity." When I scrolled down it said we are approved. Alhamdulillah!!!

MashaALLAH, congratulations. I am an august beneficiary and we have nothing. Remember us in your prayers please.

Hi to all,

Tomorrow it will 100 days since we got our NOA1. I know we are still not close to the 5 months mark, but it makes me really sad to see people that filled in August, or even July fillers that have received their NOA2. I really dont know what is going at Vermont, and it makes me scared, but it looks like a snow ball...I dont know, but it seems like it getting even worse, the snow it rolling getting big, and there couples that have been waiting now for 7 months, that's insane...

I'm pretty much on the same boat and know exactly how you feel!! I really hoped we'd hear something before April, who knows, maybe we'll be some of the luck ones!

Finally some good news for October, it looks like there were at least 1 approval for Vermont and the other one was for Texas according to data from Igor's list last night

Well, I have a theory..and possibly this is my brain working overtime. I think there's a group of people working on july/august files and there's a group who have been allocated september/october files. If you take a look at the approvals on igor's list, you'll notice this range is consistent. I could be way off the mark though..

lol indeed. It's extremely frustrating to see september/october approvals (as happy as I am for sept/oct filers) when you know there's august approvals/denials/RFEs to be issued. I am really unsure of what order they are working in, if they are even working in any order or if they are working at all..it's all turning into a mystery leading to various theories about vsc.

Our NOA1 is 26 August and we still haven't heard anything. Phoned VSC two days ago and was told I might hear something in 3-4 weeks. I have to admit that seeing some September/October filiers being accepted before us is frustrating! But I suppose we'll all get there in the end. Good luck to everyone!

Call them and ask for a service request. Don't know if it actually does anything but try it. We got it just yesterday and our NOA1 is 31st August..just try your luck. All the best!

; I dont think they work on October filers yet. Just because on or two has been approved, doesn't mean they work on both months.

LOL, we all get impatient, I'm also an October filer and it feels good that it's our turn next month!!

I'm going to see my (L) in the US for 3 weeks next week, so the last couple of weeks before my 5 month mark wont be that hard.

Anywhooooooo, hopefully the last August filers and the rest of September filers will get approved soon too

I tried to have them do that and was told they couldn't because I'm living in the UK and their system doesn't accept non-US post codes. Sounded like a load of rubbish to me so will try calling again next week - couldn't face another half hour phone battle at the time. They didn't have a problem sending our NOA1 to my address in London so I don't see how there could be a problem raising a service request based on the same information!
