Make sure that you proofread many times specially the application for K-1. I have a REF on that one for not filling in the blanks that I missed so tired that day that I forgot put an X on the married section if he is married or divorce....USCIS is very adamant that u fill in this completely....We finally got our receipt no. or NOA1 now is the waiting time for how long!!.........who knows :)

That is the form you send in to be notified electronically through email and text messaging about your case being received.

"This form is to be used by an Applicant or Petitioner who can file their application/petition at one of the three USCIS Lockbox facilities, and who wishes to receive electronic notification (e-Notification) that their application has been accepted."

Isn't it necessary to sign g-1145 or is it optional? Are they not going to notify us through the email we provided in form 1-129f?(near at the very last page where it should be dated and signed by the petitioner)
