Comments : Sent packet I-129 on 01/13/2011 received I-797C, 1-18-2011, NOA (Notice of Action) Part B Marital Status not filled in. Returned packet to USCIS January 27, 2011. Received receipt for I-797 via e-mail February 3, 2011. Check cashed same day, Paperwork now forwarded to California Service Center for processing. Received hard copy I- 797 Tuesday February 8, 2011. Received NOA2 approval notice 02/17/2011. Called NVC March 1, 2011 for the case number NVC received paperwork February 28, 2011 assigned case number. Sent supporting document to my fiancee including the application package we sent to the USCIS and supporting document I-134 via FEDEX priority 03/3/2011. Received a letter from NVC saying they are forwarding the petition paperwork within a week to the appropriate visa-issuing post where your visa interview will take place and he should received the packet with instructions letter received date 3/22/2011. Received packet 3 March 24, 2011. April 11, 2011 packet three Fiancee sent application. Received packet 4 April 14, 2011. Interview date May 18, 2011 Visa was not given to him that day. Investigation want to conducted about him and send the paperwork to US. This does not make sense...
