I count 160 days for me (March 22nd, they received RFI 8/2, last touch 8/7).

I contacted my Senator a while ago and have sent emails to his office every other week or so informing them of current status (or lack thereof). One of them, I was told, was forwarded on to their contact at the USCIS/CSC on August 11th.

I was told they allow 30 business days for a response (that's 42 days to me and you).

Since then, I been copying the statistics posted in these general discussions into emails and forwarding them on in hopes of illustrating the inefficacy of the CSC and the imparity of this system.

So far, I've yet to receive any response. So I just keep sending them. I guess I should allow 30 business days but I think I've been more than patient already.

Yes, you have. This is unbelievable, so many that posted to this topic are over 150 days!

Something needs to happen for you guys soon. It's stressing me out!!

I was told to wait 30 days, but not business days, just 30 days from Aug 23.

No, they specifically said "business days"

To which I replied:

"I don't know if you've ever been in love and been apart from that

person. If you have, you must know that every second is an eterntity.

30 working days from August 11? Isn't that actually 42 days (Labor Day

holiday included)? 1008 Hours. 60,480 minutes. 3,628,800 seconds.

3,628,800 eternities..."

This sucks!

The elections in Arizona are coming up and I'm purposely voting against every incumbent. Even though they are or might be the better candidate.

I've never been so angry with my government. For that matter, I've never been so angry.

John Kyle, voted one of the best in the senate, f@#$ him.

He treats me like I'm insignificant, he can go to hell.

(Oh...by the way...I'm really, really angry)

I'm at 116 days - Vermont Service Center.

It blows me away that someone got their NOA2 in less than 30 days while there are couples that have been waiting 6 months or longer.

CSC are a bunch of abusers and pretenders. include VSC . :protest::ranting:

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

To all overdue petitoners - If USCIS was proactive and effectively communicating about the status of your case even though it has taken this long, would that have helped ease your frustration. I put USCIS because as you may have read there are tons of poor souls that are overdue approvals (or at least a dahamn decision) at CSC, but there are some poor souls in the same situation at VSC. This is not to draw up any trouble. I had read that this was one of the irrations of those pending an approval. Therefore, I wanted to explore that thought of how much of a difference would it have made if USCIS was effectively communicating the status of your case, given the same situation.

May you all find peace and resolution to this injustice.

Cheers!!!
