Hey Jezbelseven, I just checked my bank account this mroning and my check was cashed. So that went trhough the day after I got my NOA1 via snail mail.

Congrats! So you got your NOA1 before the check was even cashed? Has it been cashed yet, if I may ask?

Like I said in the RFE thread, I'm expecting my packet to be returned (Unless somehow my check gets overlooked and makes it through), and I guess I'm just trying to get an idea of when I should either be seeing the packet returned or seeing my check cashed! I figure you're one of the closest people as far as date and area combined so I might be able to figure that out from you, or at least get a general idea

I'm so restless, checking my bank account all the time. Who knows, though? Mine could take a long time. CSC seems like a real twilight zone.

As for Bloomington, it's a zoo here this week, all the new students shuffling around in giant groups and their parents driving like morons. God help anyone trying to find a spot in the the Target or Wal-Mart parking lot.

Just sent mine on Aug 21st! NSC as well. So i guess bebop, heishe, and kirsten you are all on the month of august like we are, so ill check an eye on you about the progress of our respective cases!

Excellent! With both you and heishe getting a responce now, hopefully I don't have much longer to wait to hear something back. I wouldn't be so worried about it if I knew whether I'll be getting a rejection notice or an NOA1, and I'm fairly sure itll be a rejection, but I just want to KNOW, one way or the other!

Well with heishe getting their rejection today, I'd expect to be seeing yours withing a few days, for sure! Maybe, if like heishe, they'll have already sorted it and you won't have to go trhough that again when you resubmit!

Kind of topic hijacking but I didn't think this deserved my own thread, but... I totally just got my NOA1 today. They somehow accepted my stupidly postdated check. It hasn't went through the bank yet either, but NOA1 is here in my hands.

I guess they could RFE me for it but I somehow doubt it. I hope not, at least.
