My father in law USA citizen and my wife have green card around two months ago...HOW to apply USA visa for me ...i live in INDIA..I have done Bachelor (computer science) ..5 year experience in job.....my wife apply my visa ..what categories she choose ...HOw long to take process time ......plz guide me .......help me....

Your Father in law cannot apply for you.

Your wife (green card) can apply for you.

Based on the February 2011 Visa Bulletin you're looking at about 3 years to get a visa to the USA from India.

Your Visa Category is F2A
