Hi,

I am just starting to get my USCIS packet together. I was wondering if anyone had good examples for the best way to present the proof of meeting and ongoing relationship information. I looked at the example forms but I guess I did not see what I was looking for. I guess I am a more visual person than reading it on the directions. I have tons of proof, but just do not know the best way to present it. Do you us actual photos or do you print them on paper? Any help would be appreciated.

Bear in mind that what you have is "evidence", not proof. That said, I suggest printing multiple photos on full sheets of plain paper. As long as the two of you can be recognized, the photos are clear enough. Photos are secondary evidence of meeting in person and when submitted with the petition have some minimal impact at the interview stage and zero impact on petition approval.

Primary evidence of meeting in person is critical and needs more focus at the petition stage than photos. Good legible copies of boarding passes and passport stamps are the best primary evidence of meeting in person.

Thanks for your replies. So do I just make copies of the boarding passes and then write on the copy what they are or do I write it on the back. If I ue real photos what size should they be and do I write on the back of them.

Legible copies of boarding passes will need no explanation. The reason I suggest EVERYTHING be on full sheets of paper is to avoid anything falling out and being lost. If you include anything smaller, you're assuming the risk of loss.

Hi, this is what we put together. We are still in process, but there might something in there that you could use for yourself.

1. Cover

2. Color Copies of Airplane Tickets

3. Color copy of Itineraries.

4. Color copies of passport stamps of when he traveled here. (This is appart from the complete color copy of this passport)

5. Color copies of ATM transactions while in Guatemala.

6. Color copy of bank statement where shows the transactions of ATM.

7. Color copy of currency exchanges at the Guatemalan airport with his name on them.

8. Color copies of receipts, tickets of places we went to (movies, museums, zoo, water parks, restaurants) explaining they all had photos as support.

9. 30 (this number can be a little excessive, but...yeah xD) Photos of us together, of us with my family. Of him placing the engagement ring on me.

( We took a picture of both of us holding a news paper where it shows the date.)

10. Two color pictures of each of us taken at a studio. Passport style. (This we attached to the G-325A in a little separate transparent bag)

For our 30 photos we just went to QuickPhoto here and print them out on photographic paper. We titled each photo stating where and in what date they were taken.

I hope I helped and Blessings in your new journey! Hopefully you're a january filer like we are!

Diana

Thanks for your replies. So do I just make copies of the boarding passes and then write on the copy what they are or do I write it on the back. If I ue real photos what size should they be and do I write on the back of them.

I color scanned in everything and then inserted into Word documents . I then printed below each with Word describing each . I did the SAMs for photos but also had real ones made, printed onto a label affixed to the back and placed these into haggles stapled to a blank sheet of paper behind each Word doc.

Wasn't the original poster - but wanted to say thanks all who replied. I too was wondering how the evidence should look. Appears it's best to put everything on 8.5" by 11" paper for easy assembly.

Loved the JPEG image too.. I too was wondering how it should look when all is said and done! Two holes punched at the top appears the right way to go. Thanks!
