If you are married, the USC or LPR spouse files I-130 package for CR-1 Visa. Fee schedule is:

I-130 $420

I-864 (Affidavit of Support) $ 88

DS-230 (Visa Application) $330

Total $830

Medical exam fees vary by country. In Islamabad, for a person aged 21-50 years old is approx. 10000Rs.

Hope this helps. Check out the IR-1/ CR-1 guides in the guides section of this forum. Good luck!

File I-130. Please do some serious research and gather plenty of evidence. Travel documents, Passport travel stamps, pictures, phone records, emails, chat logs and any and everything you can get. If you want things to work out good then you need to do as much research as possible. And when you think that you did enough research then keep doing more. You can start by doing your research here on Visa Journey. Good luck.

Can you link to where you got this info? I only see a $330 fee for an I-130 based visa.... :bonk:
